The show I worked on last month just sold to the CW. I had a feeling it would since the network meeting went really well. I will be starting up on the show as editor soon. This will be taking up a lot of my time, but I will still be working on my scripts on the side.

Currently I am reading a book based on a true story set in the 1950s. I read three chapters today after my acting class. I find the story incredibly interesting. It’s about a witch hunt that happens when fear takes hold of this small town. It’s inspiring several ideas already.

I also just finished reading Where the Red Fern Grows to my twins. It’s such a fabulous book about red coon hounds Old Dan and Little Ann. Disney produced a film based on the book as well as Bridgestone MultiMedia Group. It’s their first time to see a film after reading a book, and they’re completely enthralled to see the characters come to life. It makes me want to adapt my future films into books as well.
